Terms of Use — PawDaily

By creating an account or using PawDaily, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms may be updated; we'll notify you in advance if there are material changes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PawDaily (the "App") and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you also accept these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Service description

PawDaily is a dog wellness tracking mobile app that lets users log and monitor feeding, walking, play, and training habits for their pets. The App generates a wellness index ("PawScore") and may offer AI-powered recommendations.

PawDaily is currently in beta. Features may change without prior notice and the service may experience temporary interruptions.

3. User accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, you need legal guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.
PawDaily reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using PawDaily you agree NOT to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes or purposes that violate third-party rights.
Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with other users' systems or data.
Post or transmit offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the service without authorization.

5. User content

The data and information you enter into PawDaily (activity logs, your pet's data, etc.) belong to you. By entering them, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to process and display that information solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or for decisions you make based on the App's recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are guidance only and do not replace the advice of a professional veterinarian.

6. Intellectual property

PawDaily, its logo, design, source code, algorithms, and content are the exclusive property of PawDaily and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not granted any rights over them beyond personal, non-commercial use of the App.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawDaily shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

PawDaily does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use; when changes are material, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 15 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where PawDaily operates and is headquartered. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the parties will submit to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
